MEMBERS

All Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants (JPIA) Local Chapters duly recognized by the Commission on Higher Education are required to be members of the National Federation of Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants National Capital Region (NFJPIA-NCR). Moreover, students enrolled in accountancy-related courses within the said region are eligible to join. The JPIA OLFU Valenzuela garnered 178 registered members in this federation compared to last federation year that has 377 registered members. The decrease in the number of JPIA (Junior Philippine Institute of Accountants) members can be attributed to the restriction that only Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) students are now allowed to join. Previously, both BSA and BSAIS (Bachelor of Science in Accountancy Information Systems) students were part of the organization, but with the new policy, the pool of eligible members has decreased, leading to a decline in overall membership.
